As an ambitious Mechanical Engineering undergraduate from NIT Calicut, I bring a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on technical application to every challenge. My core expertise lies in Simulation and Thermal Management, demonstrated by my ongoing research into the Experimental Investigation on Enhancement of Pool Boiling Performance on downward-faced copper surfaces. This project involves complex ANSYS simulations for test section validation, utilizing high-speed visualization to study bubble dynamics, and experimenting with active and passive (electric field) cooling methods to advance thermal management strategies for high-energy-density systems. My skills extend to structural analysis, where I used ANSYS to evaluate thermal and mechanical stresses in IC Engine components under cyclic loading, predicting weak zones and proposing design optimization. Beyond analysis, I have practical fabrication experience, including the successful machining of a Quick Return Mechanism where I resolved critical tolerance issues using metrology feedback. I am highly proficient in key software and concepts including Python, Ansys, SolidWorks, Data Analysis, and Problem Solving. Furthermore, my leadership skills are proven through my roles as a Senior Executive, coordinating technical lecture series and managing large-scale events like the Diwali Festival, ensuring smooth logistics and effective team management.
