Skills • Expert in using 3D CAD Modelling tools Alias Design/ Icem surf / Catia to surface models of automotive parts like bumper, hood ,seating, doors, Instrument panel, roof liner , windshields glass, claddings, rear view mirror housing, tail lamp and head lamp with housing and Wheels. Creating and Presenting product’s design variants (High Quality 3D Rendered models/prototypes with material assigned and realistic environment background-digital prototypes on premises) to management for design approval using VRED Visualization software. I can support lower-level associates to perform productively. The car clay model is scanned under scanner machine and the3d points generated from the scanner will processed to create high quality 3d surfaces. 04. CAS model to production feasible surface with Class A quality curvature and tangent continuity. 05. Quick surfacing of car exterior for volume study keeping interior parts as referances. 06. Converting Alias sub D data to class A Surfaces: Alias Sub d modelling has increased capacity to change design quickly and more efficiently. Once design is fixed then sub D data is updated to class A surfaces for production.
