Successfully evaluated the performance of crane hooks made with various “High Strength Low Alloy Steel”, utilized SolidWorks and ANSYS for 3D modeling and structural analysis. Optimized designs for strength, weight, and cost-effectiveness. 2. Fabrication of 5DOF Robotic Arm. Designed and implemented a 5DOF robotic arm using aluminum alloy and servo motors. Overcame challenges in achieving precise control and avoiding joint singularities. Successfully integrated the robotic arm into a factory automation line for pick-and-place operations. Demonstrated a 99% accuracy rate and a payload capacity of 5 kg."
