Concept Design and 2d detailing of Geo fixtures, grippers, Takeout trolleys, Conveyors, Trunnion, Turntable and Robot riser etc. Defining the manufacturing process, Gun study, Ergonomic study. Considering the POKA-YOKE while Designing BIW Welding Fixtures to avoid wrong part loading. Creating BOM for the fixtures as per required formats like EXCEL, CATIA BOM. 3D and 2D File Converting formats like igs, dxf, 3dxml, gl2, PDF and also by using Macro Conversion. Creating documentations and deliverables such as Preliminary BOM, Ergo Study, Poke-Yoke, RED GREEN STUDY.
