I am highly skilled at several modelling techniques including surface modelling, sheet metal design, weldment, mold design and assembly design. With relevant experience in collaborating with manufacturers through a concurrent engineering model, I am adept at designing parts for 3D printing prototyping and mass production with CNC. My CAD/ CAE tool proficiency spans Solidworks, NX Simens CAD, Fusion, and Ansys. You give me your instructions and the necessary measurements/reference images and I start working right away. My way of working is to send you what I had modeled on a regular basis, so that you can see that I am continuously working on your project and you can give me your opinion; we do this back and forth until you are satisfied. I can design everything in private projects but I always design with manufacturing in mind.
