Arts and Creatives started as a small dream of creative sketches and drawings. The founder Sonda Mvula discovered back in 2009 his love for design and creativity, and decided to further his skills by studying graphic design, art media and design, and architecture. It was then he recognised his love for design and what was now just a small dream of sketching inspired him to transfer these skills by providing a platform for an architectural design company. Arts and Creatives specialises in architectural concepts and designs, and also works on architectural visualisations and 3D modelling. Using a scope of different methods of designs, such as site analysis, surveying hand sketches, CAD drafting and photography. As a company, we aim to achieve the highest level of design for our clients by creating an excellent planning and innovation project that is tailor made to reflect each of our client’s lifestyle.

I have worked as a set builder on major U.S film productions, TV commercials and Stills photography sets in Australia, London and Bristol. The highest grossing films I have worked on have been Alien: Covenant, Ridley Scott / Aquaman, James Wan / Pacific Rim, Guillermo Del Toro. Throughout the years, I have taken on many new and challenging roles within the building and media industry. I am a trained mechanical engineer, graduating with a 2.1 in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) from the University of Bath. Over the course of my degree and following graduation, I have developed an advanced understanding of CAD modelling and can help you bring your ideas/sketches/plans to life in Autodesk Fusion 360. I can provide technical advice, CAD models (as well as renders) and drawings of single parts & whole assemblies, whether for design presentations, 3D printing or other manufacturing methods and any other application. I have been involved in a variety of projects, from the design of a bolt cutter drill attachment in SolidEdge to the creation of curved folded surfaces using Grasshopper. I am a naturally creative person, with a great interest in art, photography and design. I am therefore ideally suited to work on projects at the intersection between engineering and art & design, where I can utilise both my engineering and creative experience.
