I took part in the design and planning of Restoration, Restitution, Survey and Reconstruction projects. I also took part in large projects on drawing and modeling and facade design and modeling. I have done technical drawing, modeling, documenting and site control as freelance in many different projects with large companies for 5 years.I have advanced BIM and Revit Training and Design and Construction Management certificates. Currently working predominantly as design engineer for new build superyachts in the south of England and often super/mega yacht refit and modifications around Europe. I am experienced in 3D modelling for concept design, CAD CAM, 3D printing and producing manufacture drawings for shop floor. I have produced rendered images and presentations of design concepts, and given detailed manufacture specifications for components, furniture and large modifications for some of the largest Superyachts in the world. E.G. Yachts Rising Sun, Aglaia/Ahimsa, Ecstasy, Moonbird, Nirvana, Cinderella IV and many more. I have a very good understanding of manufacture processes and I daily deal with issuing manufacture instructions and specifications by means of 2d drawings and discussions with project managers. I have two years of electrical and mechanical engineering leaving me with a NVQ level 2 in Electro-technical technology-installation and also a Level 2 BTEC first diploma in Engineering. I have completed a Level 3 Extended National Diploma for IT practitioners. I am fully competent with using Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. I also have knowledge of web design programs such as expression web and Adobe Photoshop packages. I have minimal but some Basic programming language when using Visual studio.

I am an architectural assistant working for a successful practice in Richmond, Michael Jones Architects (www.mjarchitects.co.uk). Our practice is primarily involved with high-end residential work and commercial projects. As my portfolio testifies, my architectural interests lie with lower budget, democratic, sustainable, cooperative, grassroots building projects and processes. I am chiefly interested in exploring the possibilities of using fast and simple building processes to achieve affable spaces for living in that are available to all. On top of my professional experience in the residential sector, I also have a wealth of experience to draw upon from my university and competition work. As a part of my job I artfully produce realistic 3D visualisations for the projects I work on. As such, I have gathered a great deal of experience in the use of 3D modelling, rendering and photo-editing software. I usually work in Rhino 3D, VRay and Photoshop respectively; all of which work compatibly with all other CAD products.
