3D designer with six years industry experience working in both the retail and military sectors. As a Fine Art graduate, I am skilled at creating compelling imagery to best illustrate a concept. Currently working full time in-house as a 3D Media Developer for Babcock on a naval contract but seeking other opportunities to utilise my skillset outside of working hours. In my previous roles at Kantar Consulting, I have successfully led real-time projects for bluechip clients including Unilever, L'Oreal, Duracell, Shell, Alliance Japan to name a few. Having completed three years at university and a 15 month industry placement, I have developed strong CAD skills, specifically using SolidWorks. During my degree I modelled multiple parts which include: an aerospace landing mechanism, a turboprop propeller with gears and casing, and a Cessna 172 wing with various wing tip designs. Whilst on my 15 month industry placement, working for a precision engineering company, I would use SolidWorks on a daily basis in order to create a 3D model from an engineering drawing. Modifications would often be needed to the model in order for the part to be machinable on the CNC machines.
