This experience has allowed me to develop a solid understanding of functionality, usability, ergonomics, technical feasibility, materials, production processes, certification, and the costs associated with product development. My approach combines mechanical engineering with a methodology focused on precision and efficiency. As an advanced user of Autodesk Inventor (2D and 3D), I have developed solutions that integrate the client's knowledge of their product and process with an external perspective focused on optimizing performance, manufacturing, and cost. In the attached portfolio, you will find examples of: • Design of plastic products and mechanical parts • Development of production molds • Carbon fiber components • Dimensional control devices I also have experience as a CAM programmer (milling and machining centers) using Open Mind's Hypermill, and as a metrologist, using my own Faro Arm for inspection and quality control.
