I am Simone Ricciardi, currently serving as the CTO of a mechanical engineering industry in Canton Ticino, Switzerland. My career has been marked by continuous professional and academic growth, with significant experiences in mechanical design, 3D printing, and project management. My educational background includes a Master of Advanced Studies in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management, several Advanced Studies certificates in Management and Risk Management, and a diploma as a specialized technician in mechanical constructions. This solid academic foundation is complemented by extensive practical experience ranging from mechanical design and rapid prototyping to technical and strategic management in leadership roles. Since 2020, as CTO, I have been leading the technical area of the mechanical engineering industry, where I have optimized processes and implemented innovative design and production solutions. Concurrently, since 2016, I have managed a personal business in the 3D printing field, demonstrating my passion and commitment to technology and innovation. Before these roles, I held various positions from mechanical designer to manager across different sectors, including catering and security, highlighting my versatility and adaptability.
