Starting my career as an Application Engineer at India and with some research knowledge in Material Science at a Technical University from Germany, I have a well-versed practical experience in using Autodesk CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM Softwares. My software exposure is on 1) CAD: Autodesk Inventor Professional - In Design Automation using iLogics, Mold and Tool-Base Designing and Sheetmetal and Nesting knowledge for Laser cutting 2) CAM: Inventor CAM, Autodesk PowerMill, Autodesk FeatureCAM and Fusion 360 - Here I possess a practical knowledge in 2,3 and 5-Axis CAM for Milling, Turning, Mill-Turn and Turn-Mill Centers 3) CAE: Well versed in doing static and dynamic simulations using Autodesk Inventor Nastran. The Analysis studies I am familiar with is on Linear and Non-linear Static stress, Linear and Nonlinear Buckling, Normal Modes, Modal and Direct Frequency Response Tests Nonlinear Transient Response and Impact Test My Masters in Material Science comes hand in hand here understanding the different material types, analysis methods and material failure scenario. 4) PDM (Product Data Management) : Here I am well versed with using Autodesk Vault Professional where I had the chance to implement Vault Pro at our customer site for the entire Engineering Design Team of Designers, Checkers and Approvers to streamline their entire Engineering design activities, which gave me a better understanding of how Vault works and how to implement it in an Engineering Team.
