I’m an Ontario-based CAD and Planning Technician with hands-on experience in municipal planning, land development, site planning, and 2D AutoCAD drafting. I provide remote CAD drafting and site-planning support to developers, contractors, planning consultants, surveyors, engineering firms, and other professionals who need reliable drafting assistance without adding a full-time employee. My experience includes preparing and revising: * 2D site plans and development concepts * Commercial and residential site layouts * Parking and access layouts * Building footprints and setbacks * Road and property layouts * Site-plan exhibits * Existing-condition drawings * PDF/sketch to CAD drafting * CAD cleanup, revisions and updates * Conceptual SketchUp models Because of my experience in municipal planning, I understand the practical side of development in Ontario, including zoning, setbacks, parking, access, servicing, lot configuration and municipal approval processes. My focus is accurate, practical drafting that helps move a project from an idea or sketch toward a professional development plan. I’m available for individual projects, overflow drafting, revisions, or ongoing remote CAD support. Ontario clients preferred, but I’m open to projects throughout Canada.
