I am Mechanical Engineer (Major Naval Architect). I have completed numerous project in class ship design for 8 years. I lead a Structural and Stability Engineering department, which responsible for approval, Classification and detail production design. It is noted that, in Marine Sector, high level of standard should be maintain in full life cycle of any project. As a professional, I acquired numerous knowledge in advance Finite Element Analysis, Structural 3d modelling. I did my training in Structural and Stability analysis in DNV-GL under international standard rules and regulations. I completed Structural analysis of Hatch, Ramp, Devit and Crane on request basis. Whole ship and boat structural scantling (final structural dimension and detail fixing), global and local FEA analysis is a regular common work. I am Irtiza, Mechanical design & simulation engineer. I am currently working in one of the biggest electrical & electronics manufacturing company of Bangladesh 's research & innovation department of Compressor as a design engineer & new product development specialist. I am involved in various sophisticated project of new product development in our department where I am using my skills as a design engineer to design new products , mold for mass production of the products according to the customer requirement, reverse engineer products etc. and simulation study according to FEA analysis. I have developed 6 molds for ACC compressor's casting components which will support compressor's 4.8 million production of Hermetic compressor every year. I have worked with magmasoft to design and develop 6 cavity mold for the crankcase production to increase capacity of the plant upto 18%. I am a student of Mechanical Engineering. I am working in a Student Formula team as senior Automotive Designer. I am specially expert in CAD designing and simulation. Beside this I am also expert in rendering and 3D animation. I like to work in Solidworks and for animation and rendering i like Blender and Keyshot. For simulation and analysis I use ANSYS, Solidworks simulation and Matlab simulink and simscape. I have got two awards from my university for CAD designing, one of them is champion and another is 2nd runner up. I have participated in Formula Student Japan 2017 with my team where i am working as an automotive designer. I have also worked in ▒▒▒▒▒▒ as a freelancer.
