What I deliver: - Production-ready 3D models and 2D drawings — welding, machining and bending callouts, BOMs, ISO GPS tolerancing (ISO 286 / 2768 / 1302), first-angle projection. - Structural FEM analysis in SolidWorks Simulation, sized against EN 1993 for steel structures. - Sheet metal design with real manufacturing constraints: bend allowance and K-factor, bend reliefs, minimum hole-to-bend distances, flat patterns that the shop can actually cut and fold. - Parametric, modular models driven by design tables and configurations, built to be edited later rather than rebuilt. - Weldments and mechanically welded assemblies designed for the weld-then-machine sequence, with fixturing and distortion in mind. Background: 60+ industrial projects led end to end at Muzami Contratas (Spain), lead designer on passenger boarding bridges at Adelte, product design for laser/plasma cutting machinery at Tecoi, and agricultural machinery design at Víctor Juri.
