Determine the FF&E concept based on the interior design scheme.
• Undertake design project from concept to completion.
• Review received plans and redesign if needed to achieve the client’s needs and
project purpose.
• Create 'mood boards' to execute the design concept, ensuring it is compatible with
the company and client standards.
• Prepare selection and presentation for artwork and accessories if required.
• Prepare Schemes-Boards including furniture color palette, fabrics, painting, and flooring samples.
• Research and Source materials and products included in plans.
• Specifies materials and furnishing such as lighting, artwork, carpets, curtains... etc.
• Designing, following up with client and contractor sides, preparation of project speciation for Shop
drawings
• Revising designs, BOQ, and specifications
• Prepare shop drawings for any site
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant
