Im look to reverse engineer car trim that are shown in the picture 2parts passenger side (small and big part)
2parts driver side( small and big part)
I can have the parts 3d scanned but i want to get a rough estimate of the total cost first
The parts need to be suitable for 3d printing and enforced on the clip locations can be split from original parts and printed alone then reattach using heat set inserts on the original parts and bolts the clip into the original part
and the big part will have to be made in 2 interlocking parts as 3d printer max print size is 320×320×320mm
The design should not include the switches in the picture
I can have all the parts 3d scanned when accepting an offer
initial IR scan done for the LHS big part.... reverse engineering for the parts without the switches
