I am looking for an experienced product design/mechanical engineer to develop a functional prototype for a medical container.

The primary objective is to create:

- A robust and well-optimized snap-fit mechanism that provides a secure and reliable connection.
- A threaded bottle and cap with smooth, consistent engagement for easy opening and closing.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Strong expertise in snap-fit design for plastic parts.
- Experience designing threaded bottle/cap systems
- You must own or have direct access to a 3D printer. This is a mandatory requirement, not optional. The project will require multiple iterations of printing, testing, and refining the design based on real-world results. Applicants without access to a 3D printer should not apply.

Before the project is considered complete, you will be required to provide a video demonstration of the final 3D-printed prototype, showing that the snap-fit mechanism and threaded cap function smoothly and reliably under real-world conditions.

Deadline:

- Maximum of 7 working days.
