We are looking for a mechanical CAD designer for recurring reverse engineering and drafting work.
Input data:
photos of measured mechanical parts,
dimensions marked directly in the photos,
short notes about material, thickness, surface finish and function.
Required output:
3D model,
2D manufacturing drawing,
STEP file,
PDF drawing,
DWG/DXF drawing,
native Autodesk Inventor files if possible.
CAD software preference:
Autodesk Inventor preferred.
SolidWorks acceptable only if STEP and clean 2D drawings are delivered.
Typical parts:
sheet metal parts,
welded steel structures,
machined parts,
simple mechanical assemblies.
Important:
The work must be suitable for manufacturing, not only visual 3D modeling.
All dimensions must be checked against the supplied photos and notes.
If any dimension is missing or unclear, ask before modeling.
NDA may be required for future projects.
