I am not a company. I am a civil engineer with my own metal fabrication workshop. I only need this design to build ONE unit for my personal construction projects / worksite. I will NOT commercialize, sell or produce this machine in quantity. This is strictly for my own use.
What I need from you:
- Full 3D model in SolidWorks of the COMPLETE metallic structure only
- Platform, mast/scissor system, wheels, frames, cable guides, safety systems
- Mounting points for Chinese electric winches (PA200 / PA300 / PA500 / PA600) – I will buy and install the motor myself
- Complete Bill of Materials (BOM) with commercial Chinese parts
- Structural calculations + safety factors
- 2D manufacturing drawings ready for fabrication (with welding details and dimensions)
- Exploded views + simple assembly sequence
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (must include):
1. Perfect alignment system so the platform never jams or hits the guides while going up/down
2. Upper and lower limit switches (end-of-stroke / fim de curso) like CNC machines – so it stops safely even if the motor fails
3. Design must be practical, robust and ready for real fabrication in a small workshop
