About the job
Create architectural plans for a parking+9 stories+roof apartment building based on images shared. Assume North is up in the images. Assume location in Pune, Maharashtra. Building will have 9 3BHK apartments and 27 2BHK apartments.
Core concept: None of the apartments will have a dry balcony area. Instead every 3rd or so floor there will be large laundry and gathering area, also serving as refuge areas.
Details: The 2nd, 5th and 8th floor will have a laundromat area and elevator access. Parking and roof will also have elevator access, no laundromat. 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th and 9th will not have laundromat area or elevator access, only accessible by staircase. 36 parking spots, a lobby, and a caretaker's living quarters are needed on parking floor (see what can fit there).
I'll need floor plans, elevations, 2 sectional views, one 3d view. I need a more detailed view of how the 2BHK and 3BHK apartment design. Project does not have a site, so level of detail can be a bit less.
I can get on a call to explain the scope of work, address queries, etc. But I'm available on weekends only for that.
