I’m looking for a residential designer / architect / structural drafting professional who can quickly prepare construction-level drawings for an active residential permit application in Trumbull, CT.
Project Scope:
* Existing single-family home with detached garage and approved accessory apartment
* Small covered breezeway / connector between house and garage
* Permit application already submitted and under Building Department review
* Zoning approval already completed
The Building Department is requesting additional construction documents, specifically:
* Foundation / footing plan
* Building section / cross section
* Structural connection details
* Basic construction-level detailing suitable for permit approval
What I Already Have:
* Existing architectural PDF set
* Site plan
* Floor plans
* Elevations
* Permit comments from town
* Reference sketch/example shared by inspector
Deliverables Needed:
* PDF permit-ready construction drawings
* Preferably DWG as well
* Assistance with any reasonable revisions/comments requested by the Town to help get the permit approved
