I am looking for a skilled Mechanical/Industrial Designer to create production-ready CAD files for a premium golf accessory. The concept is a compact, durable stainless steel cylinder designed to house a golf score pencil and feature an integrated magnetic ball marker.

Key Specifications:
Primary Function: A "watertight" screw-top cylinder to store a golf pencil (approx. 50-60mm length) and a removable magnetic ball marker on the end cap.
Dimensions: I am looking for a total external length of 70mm to 80mm (flexible) with a diameter of approximately 12mm. The design must remain slim and "pocket-friendly" for everyday carry.
Material: The final product will be CNC-machined from Stainless Steel.
Mechanical Features:
Fine-pitch screw threading for the end cap (smooth, high-quality feel).
Integration of a small rubber O-ring for a secure "soft-stop" closure.
A recessed housing in the cap for a high-strength magnet to hold the ball marker flush.
Branding: The design must include specific areas for laser-etched branding on the cylinder body and the marker face.
Deliverables Required:
3D CAD Files: Production-ready files in STEP and IGES formats.
