We're looking for a CAD designer to design a 1:30 ration planetary gearbox, which would be plugged to a 2.4 kw BLDC motor, to generate the peak output of around 600Nm, The motor diagram is attached below. The motor specs can be found at https://gremot.com/motors/gmm120-series/gmm120-e841m1-c1-cud0o
The input of the gearbox has to be the above motor shaft and the output would be to a differential which would be transmitting the torque 90 degrees (90 degree torque transfer) on two sides.
The CAD modeler has to design the above mentioned gearbox in SolidWorks, simulate for the efficiency, so that the output real world torque is around 600Nm.
