Custom 5" FPV Quadcopter Frame Design For Mass Production - Seraph Ended

We are Aegis, a drone technology company based in South Africa. We are designing our first commercial product — the Seraph — a 5" quadcopter frame built for maximum flight time and aggressive aesthetics. This frame will go into mass production and be sold worldwide. We need a serious engineer, not just a 3D artist.
Frame Specifications:

5" quad, deadcat layout
220–250mm wheelbase
Designed to carry dual 5" LiPo batteries in parallel — weight distribution and center of gravity must account for this
Low profile body — flat and aggressive, not tall
Sub 250g frame target
Full carbon fiber construction — 3K matte black
Gold and orange anodized aluminum motor mounts (two colorways, same frame)
Angular aggressive aesthetic — no soft curves, everything intentional
Aegis logo/branding integrated into top plate cutout
Integrated cable management
Optimized aerodynamically for efficiency and flight time, not just speed

Deliverables Required:

Full 3D CAD model (SolidWorks preferred)
STL files for prototyping
DXF files for CNC carbon fiber cutting
FEA structural analysis report
Manufacturing-ready drawings for mass production
Photorealistic renders in both Gold and Orange colorways

Experience Required:

Carbon fiber composite design
FEA/structural simulation
Design for Manufacturing (DfM)
Previous drone/UAV frame work — portfolio required
Must sign NDA before project details shared
