We are looking for an experienced architectural draftsperson or designer to prepare a small commercial repair permit set for submission to the City of Buena Park.
The project involves preparing drawings for the repair of an existing CMU/brick wall with an attached eave/canopy structure at an existing commercial property. The scope is primarily documenting existing conditions and drafting repair details sufficient for Building & Safety plan check approval.
The goal is to produce a complete, permit-ready drawing set that restores the structure to its original condition and satisfies city review requirements.
We have the initial AutoCad plans but need someone to finalize them. Since this is a non structural project, I don’t believe a CA PE stamp will be required but bonus if you can provide.
