Millwork CAD Tech Anyone

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior CAD Technician to produce detailed millwork shop drawings and CNC files for a variety of high-end residential and commercial millwork projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing detailed shop drawings for custom millwork, a proficiency in AutoCAD, cabinet design software and CNC programming.

Key Responsibilities:
● Produce accurate and detailed millwork shop drawings from architectural plans and specifications.
● Create and revise drawings for custom cabinetry, panels, furniture, and architectural woodwork.
● Produce cut lists, part labels, and CNC programs for production using Mozaik software.
● Maintain drawing standards and document control protocols.

Required Qualifications:
● Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
● Experience with cabinet design software.
● Solid understanding of architectural woodworking and millwork detailing.
● Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into accurate shop drawings.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the custom millwork or cabinetry industry.
● Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working in a high-end or luxury millwork environment.
● Knowledge of CNC machine operation and fabrication processes.
