🔧 PROJECT REQUIREMENT
We are planning to develop a 450-liter LNG cryogenic storage tank for vehicle retrofit applications in India and are looking for an experienced design engineer/team.
The design must strictly comply with Indian safety regulations and international pressure vessel standards.

Double wall vacuum insulated LNG tank
Horizontal cylindrical configuration
Capacity: 450 Liters
Compliance: • ASME Section VIII Div 1
• PESO (India approval)
• PNGRB Schedule-4
Operating Conditions: • Temperature: -162°C
• Working Pressure: 8–16 bar
• Design Pressure: Minimum 20 bar
Inner & Outer Tank: • Annular gap: 70–100 mm
• Insulation: MLI / Perlite
• Inner material: SS304 / SS316L
