About the job
Need an experienced FEA engineer to review benchmark tasks for model-training use. This is a technical validation role, not greenfield creation. Scope includes: checking problem setup, rerunning APDL/PyMechanical/CalculiX, comparing key outputs, validating mesh convergence, documenting cross-solver differences, and generating missing ANSYS Workbench artifacts where needed.
Must have hands-on experience with:
ANSYS APDL
PyMechanical
CalculiX
nonlinear/contact/modal/transient problems
clear technical documentation
Please send:
2 relevant examples
tools used
which physics you are strongest in
whether you can start today
a short note on how you validate solver parity and mesh convergence
