About the job
We are developing a premium handheld consumer device similar to a high-end Apple-style product.
At this stage we are focusing only on the handle system.
The device will integrate:
• Micro motor + gearbox system
• Rechargeable battery
• Small OLED display with touch
• Control PCB
• USB-C charging
• Precision CNC aluminum housing
The entire system must fit inside a cylindrical form factor approximately:
Diameter: ~35 mm
Length: ~230 mm
Motor, baterie and usb c muts fit in to 35mmx35mm
The goal of this project is to design a fully integrated internal architecture for a compact motorized device.
Responsibilities:
• Design the internal mechanical structure
• Select motor and gearbox components
• Integrate battery and electronics layout
• Design waterproof and durable housing structure
• Create full 3D CAD assembly
• Prepare prototype-ready design for manufacturing
Deliverables:
