I have an existing detailed 2D technical drawing (scanned PDF/image attached) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for a 20' DNV-certified offshore container (double door, model referenced as SD2024-01 or similar, designed/tested per DNV 2.7-1 standards, with primary structure including ISO corner castings, sling points, roof panels, door panels, floor panels, etc.).

The drawing includes views (side, end, top), key dimensions, weld notations, lifting provisions, and notes on materials, testing, and fabrication requirements (e.g., 437mm holes for 12-ton shackles, -20°C temperature, etc.).

I need a skilled SolidWorks expert (preferably with experience in offshore/marine/structural steel fabrication, DNV 2.7-1 compliant designs, or similar heavy equipment/containers) to create a complete, fully parametric 3D model and production-ready drawing package from this reference.
