About the job
• Exposure to automotive Product development process
• Working Knowledge on Design of HVAC components and other under body parts like Air filter, Air duct or Lighting parts etc.
• Have hands-on experience on CATIA V5 –Part Modelling, Surfacing, Assembly and drafting.
• Good experience in 2D/3D/Parametric CAD Modelling (Remastering)
• Good understanding of manufacturability and tooling requirements of Plastic parts specially injection moulding.
• Design and develop automotive plastic components using CATIA V5 / UG NX.
• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings.
• Work on interior/exterior plastic components such as trims, consoles, IP components, brackets, bumpers, etc.
• Ensure design feasibility considering injection molding, tooling, packaging and assembly requirements.
• Good written and Verbal communication.
