I have 3 scanned bitmap drawings of an existing single-storey house that I need converted into precise CAD vector files.
What I'm providing:
- Floor plan with full dimensions (all measurements in mm)
- All four facade drawings (West, East, South, North)
- The house is a single-storey building, approx. 17 × 8 with a gabled roof
What I need:
- Clean, accurate 2D CAD drawings redrawn from the scans
- Floor plan with all walls, doors and windows in correct positions
- All four facades
- Delivery as .DWG and/or .DXF (AutoCAD compatible)
- All text and dimension annotations not needed from the drawings (I only need the geometry)
Purpose:
The drawings will be used as a basis for planning possible renovations and extensions to the house, so geometric accuracy is essential.
Notes:
- All key dimensions are already marked on the floor plan scan, so there should be no guesswork
- This is a straightforward single-storey house with no complex geometry
- I estimate this is approx. 2–4 hours of work for an experienced CAD drafter
- No hard deadline yet.
