We are looking to onboard a Junior Architect to support interior renovation and fit-out works for operational hotels.
This role is strongly execution-focused and involves preparing interior working drawings and detailed IFC packages based on approved concepts, mock-ups, and site conditions.
It is not a concept design or visualization role.
Role Scope
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Preparation of interior working drawings and Issued-For-Construction (IFC) sets
Room-wise wall elevations, reflected ceiling plans, flooring and stone layout drawings
Furniture, joinery, and millwork detailing
Coordination of interior drawings with lighting, HVAC, fire, and electrical layouts
Revising drawings based on site feedback, mock-ups, and execution constraints
Supporting site teams with drawing clarifications when required
