About the job
We are a Hyderabad interior design and project management practice selecting one visualiser for the interior presentation of a private villa: about 20 rooms, two photoreal views per room, around 40 views in all, delivered in batches over the coming months.
Selection is by a screening test. Two or three shortlisted candidates will each render the same room — a ground-floor drawing room, 4.1 × 4.2 m, double height — from the same brief pack: a dimensioned room sheet, a furniture layout to scale, a finishes schedule, a lighting intent, and camera positions for the two views (one in morning daylight, one in the evening with the fixtures on).
This is a rendering job, not a design job. The furniture, finishes and lighting are decided; your work is to build them accurately and make them read beautifully. We check the render against the plan with a scale rule, so dimensional fidelity is the first criterion, then materials, light, craft and process. A grey-model clay render of view 1 is due on day 3 for a camera and proportion check, draft renders on day 6, one round of comments, finals on day 9.
Deliverables: two stills at 4,000 px on the long side, 300 dpi, sRGB, no watermark or text, plus 1,600 px previews for approval; native scene file on final payment. Software is your choice (3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray, or SketchUp with D5 or Enscape are all acceptable); please state it.
To apply, send: links to completed residential interiors at a comparable level of finish, ideally...

The brief pack is issued after a short confidentiality agreement. Please do not send unsolicited renders of our drawings, and note that no image from this project may be used in a portfolio without written consent.
