Project Overview:
I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelance architect/designer to help me realize a unique vision: a Mini Private Theatre & Boutique Cafe built using Prefabricated (PUFF) Panels.
I am managing the project myself and have a clear vision for the "Farmhouse-style" aesthetic. I need a technical partner to translate this vision into professional layouts and 3D renders. This is a project for someone who appreciates unique "God Output" and wants to work on something beyond standard residential buildings.
Scope of Work:
1. Floor Plan & Layout: Optimizing a hybrid space (Cafe + Lounge + Mini-Theatre) within a prefab shell.
2. 3D Visualization: High-quality renders of the "Warm Industrial" cafe vibe and "Luxury Cinematic" theatre interior.
3. Technical Drawings: Basic CAD drawings for electrical conduits, plumbing, and structural placement (needed for local permissions).
4. Acoustic Integration: Working with me to ensure the theatre wall treatments are integrated into the design.
5. BOQ (Bill of Quantities): A simple list of materials needed for the interior fit-out to help with budgeting.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software (SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion, or Revit).
