We require SolidWorks 3D modeling, FEA analysis, and Electrical system design for our complete windmill assembly.
Scope required:
* Part-level & full assembly 3D design (SolidWorks)
* Structural FEA (stress, deformation, factor of safety)
* Load conditions based on wind speed, RPM, and torque
* Material-based analysis
* Electrical system design – generator selection, power ratings, wiring layout, control panel concept, protection devices
* Interface between mechanical and electrical systems
* Technical report with results and design suggestions
