Overview
We are building an outdoor sensor node split into three sub-assemblies: mic/sensor head, computer box, and power box. I have a BOM and architecture concept. I need an electrical engineer to create clear wiring documentation so a mechanical CAD engineer can finalise assembly package and an assembly technician can build it without guessing.
What I need
1) System block diagram (power + data flow, how the 3 boxes connect)
2) Wiring diagrams for each box (internal wiring + external connections)
3) Connector pinouts (signal names, pin numbers, notes)
4)Cable / harness schedule (cable type, shielding, labeling, length guidance)
5) Basic assembly + test checklist (continuity/polarity checks, power-up steps)
Deliverables
PDF + editable source files (any tool is fine as long as it’s clean and editable).

Practical experience producing build-ready wiring + harness documentation for real hardware (low-voltage DC, connectors, grounding/shielding basics).
