I need a CAD or GIS technician to prepare Exhibit B, a utility easement sketch, for a certified‑mail easement packet. Exhibits A and C are already complete. This job requires drafting a 20‑ft‑wide straight easement corridor from an existing public sewer manhole to the GA‑20 right‑of‑way on Parcel 174‑055 (Forsyth County, GA).
All reference materials will be provided, including:
