Ultra-Realistic 3D Architectural Visualization for Mixed-Use Commercial Building Ended

We are a construction company based in the Maldives developing an upcoming mixed-use residential and commercial building.

At this stage, we are appointing a 3D architectural designer strictly for design and visualization purposes. This engagement is design-only and focused on producing ultra-realistic, marketing-grade 3D renders suitable for marketing, website use, and bank submissions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a construction company based in the Maldives developing an upcoming mixed-use residential and
commercial building.
At this stage, we are appointing a 3D architectural designer strictly for design and visualization purposes.
This engagement is design-only and focused on producing ultra-realistic, marketing-grade 3D renders
suitable for marketing, website use, and bank submissions.
Scope of Work
• Exterior 3D visualization (street-level and aerial/context views)
• Conceptual 3D renders of common areas (lobby, lift lobbies, corridors)
• Shell & core open-plan floor plate visualization
• Illustrative use-case overlays (office, healthcare, residential reference) using the same camera angle
Important Clarifications
• This scope excludes material selection, specifications, BOQs, and procurement
• MEP elements, if shown, are visual and indicative only (no technical design or routing)
• No construction drawings or shop drawings are required
What We Are Looking For
• Strong portfolio of commercial or mixed-use projects
• Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renders
• Clear communication and ability to follow a defined scope
• Experience with architectural drawings and shell & core assets
Deliverables
• High-resolution renders suitable for marketing and bank review
• Coordinated visual package aligned with architectural drawings
