About the job
Please send me a quotation considering the following models:
First model – A scale model of our 530 sq ft. show home, which you can find in the attached file.
Second model – A 3D flooring model to illustrate the layout of the same 530 sq ft. show home, also found in the attached file. An example of a 3D flooring model from another home is shown in the image attached.
For this second model, please provide two separate quotations: one including furniture and one without.
You may use the materials of your choice.
Please quote both models in two different sizes: 30 centimeters and 45 centimeters.
Both models must be ready by February 15, 2026.
I am also sending you two videos of the exterior of the home, so you can see the finishings we used and replicate them in the models.
The supplier must live near Port Coquitlam, BC because we would like a couple of face to face meetings to review the project.
