I’m looking to hire someone for a private, confidential project involving a non-human cartoon-style VTuber character.
What I need:
Cartoon-style digital illustration
Multiple expressions (happy, sad, angry, shocked, etc.)
A few simple scenes (like “before/after” comedy moments)
Separated PSD layers for Live2D rigging
Full Live2D rig (eye blink, mouth movement, bounce/squash, simple physics)
PNG-tuber versions as well
Notes:
The character design will be shared AFTER hiring
It is a simple, round, object-based character (not a human or furry)
Must agree to confidentiality (NDA optional)
No posting or sharing the artwork anywhere
Deliverables:
PSD with organized layers
Live2D Cubism files
Runtime model for VTube Studio
PNG files for PNGtuber use
Optional help with expressions/extra emotes
