Mechanical Engineer Needed for Custom Pneumatic Industrial Machine Design (Confidential Project) Anyone
About the job
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer to assist with the engineering design of a custom, pneumatic, industrial floor-treatment machine. This is an early-stage project, and we are currently looking for a designer who can take a conceptual layout and develop it into fabrication-ready engineering drawings (ISO standards).
Scope of Work (High-Level)
The machine concept involves:
Pneumatic motors, valves, and air-flow components
Steel plate and steel tubing fabrication
Integrated blasting and extraction system
Separator-based material handling
Custom mechanical structure and nozzle arrangement
A detailed concept sketch will be provided after an NDA is signed.
Your Responsibilities
Review the high-level concept (post-NDA)
Provide engineering input and feasibility guidance
Develop detailed mechanical design
Specify pipe diameters, angles, separator sizing, airflow paths, etc.
Produce fabrication-ready 2D ISO drawings + 3D CAD
Deliver files suitable for in-house cutting, fabrication, and assembly
Requirements
Strong experience in mechanical machine design
Familiar with pneumatic systems
Ability to create professional fabrication drawings
Knowledge of steel fabrication standards
Able to work under a strict NDA
Clear communication and timely availability
Intellectual Property
