I need a mechanical design and CFD expert to help develop a 1500 L stainless-steel experimental chamber (cylindrical body with ellipsoidal ends). A mechanical designer and CFD specialist who can not only model and simulate, but also suggest the best design approach based on engineering principles and fluid dynamics understanding.
Scope:
3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks/Inventor/STEP) with manufacturing drawings
CFD simulation for internal airflow/gases/mixing (steady + transient)
Optimization of inlet/outlet/fan positions for uniform mixing and short RTD
Deliverables: native CAD files + CFD case files + short design and technical report ready for fabrication.
Experience in pressure vessels, fluid dynamics, and vacuum chambers preferred.
Please share examples of similar CFD + CAD projects and your approximate timeline & cost.
