the cad file will be used to build steel side gate 3mm thickness
panel size is 2m high x 2m wide
must be laser cut ready cad file (DXF)
include bridging - (Cut-Safe Paths) - Bridges are small uncut connectors that prevent internal “islands” from falling out
Closed Path Validation - Each cut contour should form a closed path for smooth CNC or laser processing
leave a 5cm border as per sample picture
see picture of where the panel will be fitted - as double gate
there cannot be much wastage (empty space) after cutting - empty space can be replaced with hex performation pattern
