I’m looking for a creative and technically skilled toy designer to develop a STEM-based “Electro Maze (Think & Wire) toy — a logic puzzle that teaches kids (ages 6–10) about electricity using switches, LEDs, and buzzers. This is a pre-assembled product, not a DIY kit. The goal is to create a production-ready design suitable for both laser cutting and small-scale electronics assembly.
Scope of Work:
* Create precise 2D vector files (.DXF/.SVG) for laser cutting MDF, optimised for kerf and sheet layout.
* Design a 3D model showing the final assembly and integration of electronics (switches, LEDs, battery holder, buzzer).
* Provide a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) covering both MDF and electronic parts.
* Deliver assembly and wiring diagrams for production use.
* Include high-quality renders for marketing and packaging.
Requirements:
* Experience with **laser-cut toy or product design** (MDF preferred).
* Understanding of basic electronics integration and kid-safe design.
* Strong attention to detail for fitting tolerances, tab-slot joints, and safety edges.
* Deliver fully production-ready, editable files (DXF, STL/STEP, PDF).
Budget:₹8,500 INR (fixed)
