We are opening a new restaurant located at 4038 Rue Sainte-Catherine Est, Montréal (H1W 2G8).
The City of Montréal (Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve permits division) has requested a mechanical engineer’s signed and sealed plan to confirm that the installation of a kitchen hood does not create any mechanical output on the building façade.
We already have the architectural plan ready.
We need a licensed mechanical engineer in Québec to:
• Review the plan
• Confirm and certify that there is no mechanical exit on the façade
• Provide a signed and sealed document as required by the city.
Deliverable: Signed and sealed plan confirming no façade mechanical output.
Deadline: As soon as possible (the city gave us a short timeline).
Language: English or French.
