2D Cad Drafter with Site Plan / Industrial Plant Layout Experience Ended

I am a professional engineer registered in Texas (home state) as well as numerous other states. The following work will all be in the state of Texas and in the Dallas / Ft Worth metroplex. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL PROJECT COMING
I have several projects right now I need a CAD (2-D) drafter to prepare the following projects
1) Conceptual Site Plant for a Ready-Mix Batch Plant operations (BTX). For this project, I have several historical 2-D CAD drawings and title block sheets in which a drafter will need to take the already drawn components, scale accordingly, and place on a site plan as per my hand sketches. The drafter will need to "estimate
" the property line / bearings from some historical data as the client has not provided a "licensed survey", but I can provide some information from County Tax records.
2) Same as above but for a different customer (CTR), but this one will have the CAD surveying / contour linework and they will use already drawn features in CAD to prepare a Conceptual Site Plan.
