I have a site topography drawing in AutoCAD (DWG format) and I need a detailed analysis and preliminary masterplan to guide future development.
Scope of Work:
1. Slope Analysis β Study site contours, generate slope maps, and identify buildable vs. steep zones.
2. Road Network Feasibility β Propose a practical road layout considering slope/gradient limits.
3. Tree Density Mapping β Approximate existing tree cover (from survey drawing) and assess impact on buildable areas.
4. Villa Placement Study β Estimate the number of villas that can realistically be planned on the site (with basic massing/layout).
5. Preliminary Cost Estimate β Provide approximate development cost for:
β’ Land levelling / cut & fill
β’ Retaining walls
β’ Road infrastructure
β’ Other basic infrastructure (drainage, water, electricity provision)
Deliverables:
β’ Annotated AutoCAD drawings (DWG/DXF)
