I have a site topography drawing in AutoCAD (DWG format) and I need a detailed analysis and preliminary masterplan to guide future development.
Scope of Work:
1. Slope Analysis – Study site contours, generate slope maps, and identify buildable vs. steep zones.
2. Road Network Feasibility – Propose a practical road layout considering slope/gradient limits.
3. Tree Density Mapping – Approximate existing tree cover (from survey drawing) and assess impact on buildable areas.
4. Villa Placement Study – Estimate the number of villas that can realistically be planned on the site (with basic massing/layout).
5. Preliminary Cost Estimate – Provide approximate development cost for:
• Land levelling / cut & fill
• Retaining walls
• Road infrastructure
• Other basic infrastructure (drainage, water, electricity provision)
Deliverables:
• Annotated AutoCAD drawings (DWG/DXF)
• Site analysis report (PDF) with slope map, road plan, and villa distribution study
• Approximate development cost summary (Excel or PDF)
