I am developing an embedded telematics system for vehicles based on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W.
The main kit already integrates multiple modules (accelerometer/gyroscope, GPS, humidity/temperature sensor, camera, OBD-II via UART, 4G SIM7600G-H, OLED SSD1309, NFC MFRC522, LiFePO4 battery with solar charging). It is designed for advanced telematics: driving data logging, fatigue detection via camera, and cloud connectivity.
A detachable personal breathalyzer module has also been designed (Figaro TGS822 + ADS1115 + ATtiny1614 + LEDs + buzzer + pogo pins). Each driver connects their module, performs the test, and the data is automatically sent to the kit.
I have already completed the routing of the breathalyzer module and most of the main kit. I now need a freelancer to:
Review and correct the breathalyzer PCB (schematic, routing, ATtiny programming, pogo pin/power integration).
Finalize the main kit PCB (check routing, ensure correct integration of all modules, and verify power supply reliability: USB-C + LiFePO4 + TP4056/TP5000).
Suggest improvements for component placement to make integration into a custom enclosure easier.
I work with Proteus and would prefer to continue with it. Current design files (schematic, PCB, BOM, sketches) will be provided.
Looking for an experienced PCB designer/embedded engineer available to finalize this project within a short timeframe.
