We are seeking a skilled design drafter to prepare a complete, permit-ready plan set for submission to the City of Fairfield, California.
No structural design is required — all structural details, calculations, and specifications have already been provided by our retained structural engineer. This project is strictly documentation and formatting in compliance with California Residential Code drafting standards. Preferably someone from California and is familiar with the California drafting codes.
